New Client Onboarding

Welcome — let’s get you set up.

A short, guided start for new clients. Follow the three steps below in order, then keep this page bookmarked as your reference for your new account.

Three steps to get going.

These steps only need to be done once. Complete them in order and you’ll have full access to your accounts, documents, and planning portal.

1

View and sign your new account documents

Once your accounts are open, you’ll receive an email invitation from Osaic Online Signatures. Open it, review each document carefully, and complete your electronic signature. This officially establishes your account relationship and authorizes us to act on your behalf.

If you don’t see the email within one business day of your account opening, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

Video walkthrough available: If you’d like a guided overview of the signing process before you begin, a short video is available to walk you through each step.
2

Download & set up the Osaic eQuipt® app

eQuipt is your secure account hub — view balances, statements, confirmations, and tax documents in one place, on your phone or browser. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then register using the email invitation we send you.

To complete registration you’ll need your new Osaic account number, date of birth, last four digits of your SSN, and zip code.

Web access: Prefer a browser? You can also log in at equipt.osaic.com using the same credentials.
3

Choose your document delivery preference

Inside eQuipt, you can choose how you receive statements, trade confirmations, and tax forms — electronically or by mail. Electronic delivery is faster, more secure, and means you’ll always know where to find your documents.

If you prefer paper statements, you can still reduce the volume of mail you receive from Osaic by selectively opting out of certain non-essential communications. We’re happy to walk you through the options at your next meeting.

Tip: Switching to eDelivery takes about two minutes inside eQuipt — go to Settings → Delivery Preferences.
