Homa Mohsenian
Director of Operations
Homa Mohsenian is a Director of Operations, Assistant to Wilson Lea. She provides him with administrative support, handles business processing for his clients and helps with schedule management. She also supports Wilson with the implementation of his client service model.
Homa has a Bachelor of Literature & Languages, she studied in France. She has a multi-cultural background, hence pretty strong interpersonal skills: she has Persian roots, grew up in Paris, and lived a few years in New York prior to settling in Orange County, California. She began her career in banking back in New York. Homa joined Wilson’s team after 10 successful years in the banking industry, with solid experience both in the back office and at branch level, where she got promoted to Assistant Manager.
After her last position with CapitalSource Bank, Homa stayed home for a year and spent quality time with her only daughter. She joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in May 2015.
Homa thrives to deliver excellent support and client service at all times. Aside from her dedication to her work duties, Homa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, music and exercising.
